A NOTE ON OUR ICING: 
Alot of bakeries use shortening to make their buttercream.  We do not!  You may be used to it by now, and not even realize it!  However, here at "Let 'em Eat Cake!" we ONLY USE REAL BUTTER in our buttercream!  The difference in ours is beyond comparison!  You won't go back after trying our buttercream.  We can make it in an array of flavors:  Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon, Key Lime, Raspberry, Maple, Strawberry, Peanut Butter (one of our most popular!) Cherry, Orange, Mango-and we use natural flavoring such as the juices when it is available.  Of course, it isn't limited to this list-if you can imagine it, we'll make it for you!  Same goes for our cream cheese frosting and our whipped frosting, they are the yummiest around.  
We also offer rolled fondant as an option to top off your cake, and we also use it as well as gumpaste for accents on our buttercream cakes for flowers and characters, so you can get the best of both worlds! 

These cakes and desserts were actually for a wedding!  Our non traditional, yet very traditional-bride chose to have a dessert table filled with all of the recipes from her family!!
Rum Cake, Rhubarb Pie, Key Lime Pie, Double Chocolate Torte, Strawberry Egg Custard, French Apple Tart, and a two layer cake and cupcakes made from MY recipe-White Velvet Butter Cake with vanilla buttercream!

OH, SO MANY DECISIONS...SO MANY CHOICES!!!

As you may notice, I do not have pricing listed on my website.  We custom design everything, therefore, we do custom pricing.  This does NOT mean expensive, our prices are very competitive and often less expensive than other local specialty bakers.  Simply put, no two cakes are ever alike, and your needs are unique, and will be treated as such.  I will base your price on your vision of your cake design, how many guests you are serving, and the type of event.  Weddings are NOT more expensive because it is a wedding cake, either!  Tiered or stacked cakes are specially priced, no matter the event.  I will work with you to make sure your budget stays intact, and I promise, you will love the result!

Please call for a price quote on all cakes and cupcakes.  NOTHING is made ahead of time, everything is custom made for you!  Please keep this in mind, to allow me time to bake your cupcakes or cake, make the fresh, all butter icing, fondant or fresh whipped cream icing-and of course, your custom cake decor!  You won't regret it-I promise!

We offer FREE DELIVERY AND SET UP on wedding cakes within Cabarrus, Rowan and Stanley Counties.  Why do we do this?  Simple.  We want to make sure you get your wedding cake!  If someone isn't experienced in delivering and cake set up, it can mean disaster!   I want to make sure that you have the best wedding you can have, and that means having your cake on time, and intact.  That is MY commitment to YOU!

                                                                                  

How do I choose,  you ask?

You can choose any flavor combination that you would like!  I will be happy to consult with you on the flavors that go well together.  You don't have to choose the same flavor for your filling as your frosting.  Be creative!!!  And if we are designing your wedding cake, you can choose more than one cake and filling flavor, as well.  We are always experimenting and updating our flavor list, but I promise-if you love it-I can make it for you!

LASTLY.... 
If you have a recipe you are hesitant to try, or maybe a family recipe you would like for me to make for you, don't be afraid to ask!!!  I've done it many many times with wonderful results.  If I don't think I can do it, I will tell you-that goes for anything...including decorating.  I would rather refer you to other professionals I TRUST than to not provide you with top notch service, and keep you as a customer for your other needs.  Your trust as well as your business IS THAT IMPORTANT TO ME.
