If you've chosen "Let 'em Eat Cake"
to provide your wedding cake, your groom's cake or even your shower cake-or ALL of your wedding related cakes, we will work together to ensure that you have the most beautiful, delicious cakes far beyond your imagination! In addition, I've never met a bride that wasn't working within a budget, and no matter how large or small, we'll never attempt to up sell you into something you neither want nor need. After all, life doesn't END with your wedding cake! It's the beginning of all things new...anniversaries, baby showers, birthdays, retirements....maybe some, maybe all-we want to be your "go to" bakery for all of your celebration and party cakes!
If your wedding is in Cabarrus, Rowan or Stanley Counties, I offer FREE set up and delivery! Most bakeries charge a minimum of $35 for this service, but I do not want you to worry about how you are going to get your cake to your reception venue, nor worry about how is it going to look when it arrives! To make the sacrifice is not worth the money-not to me! I'd rather make sure your cake arrives and it set up safely. Your wedding day is that important to me! If your venue is outside of my free delivery area, I will charge a small fee to cover my fuel and extra time.
This is based on the distance beyond the free delivery range.
Cake Tastings
Unlike many cake decorators and bakeries, I do not charge a large fee to offer you a cake tasting. For $20, you get up to three flavors and if you choose to have "Let 'em Eat Cake!" to provide your wedding cake or cupcakes, this fee will be credited to you towards the cost of your cake.
1. You can choose up to three flavors. There is a wide variety of flavors, but please remember certain types of cakes aren't suitable for wedding cakes, such as the "Boston Cream Puff" and the Caramel Praline cake. I will, however, do my best to accommodate your needs without sacrificing the taste or the beauty of your wedding cake.
2. I will provide you with cupcakes for your tasting. The reason for this is simply convenience! And I will also provide you and your fiance two cupcakes per flavor. You don't have to share everything!
3. I will ask, that due to the convenience factor of my tastings, that you allow me to meet you for your tasting or consultation at a location that is convenient for both of us. I am currently employed full time, and this allows me to be able to accommodate your schedule as well as mine.
4. If you are doing a cake tasting with a later consultation, I don't mind at all!! It is not a requirement that you sit in front of me and taste my cakes. I will allow you to take your tasty tastings home with you, and you can enjoy them as they are meant to be enjoyed-as dessert or a snack!! And you and your fiance can decide in the privacy of your own home.
I can't wait to meet with you, to showcase the yumminess of my cakes, and of course, to discuss the cake you have in mind. We offer traditional round, square, contemporary...whatever you can imagine, I can make it happen for you!
